Product description
-
Does EBO Max support fully automatic room mapping?
No, EBO Max doesn't auto-map. It requires manual mapping by creating paths in the app (up to 10 paths, 65ft each).
Once a path is set, it uses V-SLAM to refine the layout during use.
-
Does EBO Max's AI get smarter the more I use it?
Yes, EBO Max is designed to grow with your family.
Through AI learning, long-term memory, and regular firmware updates, the more you use it, the better EBO Max understands your home and family.
-
Can EBO Max move on thick carpets or rugs?
Moving on thick or shaggy rugs can be difficult for EBO Max.
It is ideal for hard floors and low-pile carpets, with an obstacle climbing height of approx. 12mm (0.47 inch). Mobility is best on wooden or hard surfaces.
-
Is it necessary to update the firmware?
Yes. When the app notifies you of a new version, we recommend upgrading promptly to ensure EBO Max receives the latest AI enhancements and performance optimizations.
